Very professional. I love the way they have a picture of the person coming to clean before they get there. In my experience, they really care about their customers satisfaction. In what was supposed to take about 3-4 hours to clean an empty duplex on one side, took almost 6 hours in scorching temperatures with no fan. She went above and beyond, and I would recommend this company to anyone. My first time experience will not be my last.

Each time MM comes to our house, they are professional and courteous. Our house is always immaculate after they come. I'm especially grateful that they continue to work through the pandemic.

The cleaning team is very respectful, is able to do specific cleaning jobs upon request (extras like cleaning inside of microwave/oven or different rooms in our house). The commitment to do the clean to our satisfaction is important. I also appreciated the initial consultation and how quickly we could schedule the move out clean. We needed to add window cleaning two days before the scheduled cleaning and they were able to do that for us which really helped! The house smelled very clean - not sure about what products they used, but I like that there was no perfume smell - the house just smelled fresh and clean.

The service was great. They arrived on time and the cleaning lady was really nice. She did care on cleaning deeply reather than doing it in a hurry. The office called me couple times to make sure everything was done in a good way and if they could help me in anyway. They are very profesoinal people and I enjoyed working with them. I recommonded them to couple of my close friends, hope they will call and schedule a service.
