The use of texting and emails to confirm our appointment and the use of texts to verify the arrival time of our house cleaners, John and Veronica, is well worth using Merry Maids for that reason. John and Veronica are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and they take great pride in leaving our home clean and sanitized when they leave. It's also very nice that we can communicate easily with both of our house cleaners so our needs are always met with great satisfaction. I know that there are many house cleaning companies and individuals in our area but, in my opinion, none of them meet the standards of Merry Maids.

Maid did a better job of removing hard water marks from one sink. have many other areas that need work including one toilet. I don't have a clue as to what products are being used. Will ask.

Really appreciate Merry Maids for coming to my clients home to clean while movers were everywhere at the same time. Weren’t able to finish but came back another day to finish.

Our cleaning team is the best! Also lately they have been coming earlier in the day, which is great. One thing that would help - some kind of notification on when they will arrive. There is one by email now, but it doesn't seem very reliable. Maybe a text message when they are on the way? A half hour notice would be good, but even 15 minutes is better than nothing.
