We have been bringing our fur kids to AAPRRO for over ten years. All American has grown in size and popularity, but so has their commitment to service. The groomers do a great job on our golden. All the staff, from the front desk to the kennel folks, are welcoming and give our senior citizen attentive care. For her part, Jasmine the geriatric golden drags me across the lobby to be greeted by her human friends. When our late golden Gable was still with us, All American was a lifesaver for our high energy, very vocal “speaker of the house”. We looked forward to daycare days because it meant a calm, quiet night at home. We are very grateful for AAPRRO!

What Kali and Spike (and before them London and Stryker) love is the people! It has relatively many long term employees given the general turnover in the industry, and Resort management Nicole and Alicia ensure that new employees are properly trained and monitored. Casey, a mature and long-term employee, has an almost telepathic relationship with our dogs that attend on a regular basis, ensuring that they are brought to the peak of what they can do and learn through play. This is especially important as we adopt older dogs, some with underlying medical issues. If we have to go out of town for a while, we know they are in the best hands and minds, and trust them fully to seek medical care if a dog requires it.

The staff treats my dog like she’s their own. My dog absolutely LOVES going to AAPR. I’ve taken her to other facilities in the past, and this is the only place where she runs away from me to go play. Usually she will cry and not want to go.

The fact that the facility is staffed 24 hours. Our rescue dog is a climber and we are able to enjoy our vacations knowing he won’t escape.

I've been coming here often for 9 years. The staff is so nice and helpful, always! My pup gets so excited to go there and he has a weird temperament but always walks in like it's his family there. He's a St. Bernard and they are the only ones that groom him and they do an awesome job with the big furball!
Friendly staff, cleanliness, and appearance.
It all comes down to the fact that I don't have to worry about my dog when he's with you. Period. I know you'll be there and you'll take care of him, whether it's an extra belly rub or an emergency trip to the vet (as happened one very early morning with a dog of mine who had cancer). I would recommend you to anyone. (The only suggestion I have is that I KEEP HOPING THE ROYAL OAK LOCATION WILL ONE DAY EXPAND TO BOARD CATS!!!!)
You all do such a great job taking care of Baxter. He whimpers with excitement whenever I pull in to drop him off. He absolutely LOVES coming to day care.

I have only used daycare so far, but love that the people who work at AAPR really seem to love the dogs. It's very obvious as soon as we walk in that my dog cannot wait to get inside - he just loves it. I also enjoy having access to the cameras when I'm missing my puppy throughout the day. I feel so much better when I see him running around and having fun!
Totally professional daycare! Caring, smart employees. My one-year old shepherd-Great Dane mix rescue Ellie is a handful--sweet, but a handful--but the folks at All American clearly know how to work with bundles of energy like Ellie. She comes home pleasantly exhausted, and a bit better mannered after each visit. And the place is super clean.

When groomed, Miki (Golden Retriever) always looks great. Daycare i the best. Miki runs to the door with tail wagging and goes to bed promptly when she gets home. Always arrives home tired and content.
I work a few long shifts each week and need a reliable, trustworthy place to keep him while I’m away. He is safe, happy & calm when I pick him up. The staff is great with him, friendly & knowledgeable about his likes/needs. The place is always clean & pick up/drop off is a quick, smooth transition. I would highly recommend their services.
Everyone is very nice and made me feel super comfortable leaving my dog with them. He seemed happy and healthy when I picked him up.
