The initial consultation was great and super helpful. Jocelyn took care of all my questions. The attendant at the store was generally pretty helpful but also seemed to be in a rush to get my out of the store. This wasn't the case the second day I came back. The suit was great, clean, fit right, and overall was exactly what I needed.
Suits were all in good condition, the website was mostly easy to use, and the store associates were all very friendly and ready to help. Overall, the rental and return process was very easy.
I got fitted for the first time for one of my best friends wedding and they were very helpful with the questions I had about how it fit. They made the process very easy as well so I'll definitely be using them again when I need to.

Had the tux shipped to me in Minnesota after calling in and giving them my measurements for a wedding in California.
It arrived quickly! The jacket and shirt were tailored perfectly. The pants were a little long but it wasn't an issue. I got the suit MONTHS in advanced and was able to get it tailored/adjusted with no problem in Minnesota. Everything went well!
I was very impressed with how the tux was packaged too! It felt fresh right out of the box, no creases, cardboard/plastic slips around the collars to prevent them from folding. The pants, jacket, shirt, all folded neatly and protected in the box by a plastic cover. Friar Tux really made good use of all the space in the box!
