As soon as I walked into the store, someone attended me and helped me with whatever I needed help with. Overall great experience and will be coming back if I need a tux again.
We were surprised that we had to do some minor work to get our suit jackets prepared for use. Cutting open pockets and removing threads from the bottom of the jacket seems.
The fitting and John in the Lakewood location has the best customer service above and beyond please let him know I am grateful.

Easy to set up appointment, arrived at the location to try on different colors of suit and tie, tried different sizes of shirt. I was able to pick out the options I wanted. Staff was helpful, i had to specify that I wanted my suit shipped to me, had to describe that I wanted only the suit and a tie, not a shirt as well. The process was overall smooth. My two problems were that I could not try the whole suit on in store (I choose a new/uncommon color) and the tie I was sent was an extra long tie that I could not wear so I had to go buy a tie for my wedding.
