The staff were very personable and knowledgeable about the products offered. The entire rental process/procedure was throughly explained and all my questions were addressed and answered. The Staff suggested a myriad of parings that enhanced the look of my suit making it even more stylish. Checkin was easy and wait time minimal due to the self checkin tablet upon entering. The redesigned and update decor of the business’s interior was great and made for a more enjoyable customer experience. I would definitely recommend Friar Tux should you need a suit/tux for any occasion.

Really enjoyed the communication from the workers and calling to check on me if I'm ok with my order and then a few weeks before calling to verify my order and ask if I had any questions or concerns.
Pretty flexible in helping out and confident in making sure you'll have all your stuff for the day of your event.
I had an uncle who didn't get sizes for his tuxedo for the Saturday Wedding and Thursday he flew in and jacket was too small, but they had it ready for him the next day to come try on and take home.

I love the one on one attention that you receive. The Trainer, whose name I don't recall , was exceptional and took time to assist me in looking my best. She is an African American female and she really impressed me to want to come back. I always attend special events and she convinced me that Friar was indeed the place to come to.
