Fitting was easy, pick up was a mess. They had everyone attending formal come and pick up on the same day even though I received and email two days before telling me that my tux was ready. I would have given a 10 rating if you had spread out pick up days so that we didn’t have to wait so long to come and pick up.
Everything was good except the button came off before he ever even arrived at the event so he could never close his jacket.
I've been dealing with Armando there for about 5 events now, I enjoy talking to him, he's very helpful in picking out what I want. Personable, experienced and very knowledgeable in what he does there. He is what keeps me going back when I need to rent a tuxedo.

Your manager is Anaheim, Shanti, is amazing! She knows the value of great service and she trains her employees to understand it as well. I went to your Lakewood location before I went to Anaheim and the experience was awful. The service was terrible and the employees didn’t care about their work or how customers felt. I called Shanti after my experience in Lakewood and she told me she’d be more than happy to take care of me in Anaheim. My experience at the Anaheim location was amazing and Shanti and her staff removed all of the stress that goes in to wedding planning. Thanks to Shanti and her Team, I looked and felt great in my tux! Thank you, Shanti! You made me look good on my brother’s wedding day!
