I believe the individual was Cody who helped me out. He was awesome very knowledgeable and efficient. I would say it would be nice to be acknowledged on entering. Sat there patiently for 20 minutes until a woman asked if we checked in. I had no idea you had to check in to be helped. The sign that was explaining to me I had scanned a barcode and announced my presence could not have been smaller. Call me old school but I am used to meeting people without an app, eye contact, and good old fashion greetings upon entry. That said would use you again and will recommend you and in large part because of Cody. Without him I would rate the experience a 5.5.
Just the overall experience was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Plus made my friends wedding perfect for the groomsmen!!!

My son was attending the nite to shine event for the first time. You offered a discount for the attendees. I truely appreciate the jesture and he thoroghly enjoyed himself in the wonderful tux he picked out. Your staff treated us with the utmost respect throughout our time there getting fitted. Was extremely accommodating in what I needed. Never pushed to make a higher priced sale. Was as attentive as possible even when they were busy. Accurate measurements. Made me look good. Would do business with them again

Easy measuring and pick-up and drop off. Didn't have to waste much time. I prefer less tight-fitting suits, but not my choice.
