The associates are friendly and aim to please. The facility is clean, comfortable and easy to find. The selection of suits are limited but of nice quality. Easy pick up and return policy especially for those out of town and state.

The staff, led by Victoria Alvarez, was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating with my rental. Everything was delivered on time and as promised. The return process was painless and required a minimum of time. I look forward to dealing with them the next time my formal needs are required. They were OUTSTANDING to deal with!!

Friar Tux-Las Vegas made it so easy and simple to rent out a tux and the staff is welcoming and the environment in the store is calm which I enjoyed. I will definitely keep coming here even though it’s not close to my area.
Good customer service
First of all, the staff in person was amazing. When we originally did everything online we were a bit scared. We’re Canadian and planned our elopement in Las Vegas it was a bit scary not being there in person and confirming. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
From the first phone call to returning the tuxedo, the whole process was easy and pleasant. My son wanted a tuxedo for his elementary school graduation and it was a last minute decision. Friar Tux was more than accommodating, extremely professional and the staff was very courteous. I will absolutely use them again in the future for any of my suit or tuxedo needs.
