Joson was awesome and very easy to work with! Only thing I wish I could change with the product is having more pant style options in regards to the fit of the pant!
We used Friar Tux for our wedding on 09/21 and overall the products were excellent—the tuxes looked sharp and fit well, which helped make our day memorable.
That said, I think the service experience could be improved if staff were more consistent and on the same page. For example, when I called the Anaheim store, I was told they couldn’t take payment over the phone and directed me to call a different number. Because there wasn’t an option to keep my card on file, my groomsmen were confused at pickup and had to use their own cards instead.
We also had mixed experiences across locations. My brother in Oregon had no issues receiving his tux, but my cousin in Washington called on 08/21 for delivery and nothing was sent—we ended up picking it up in Anaheim. Another friend in Texas provided his measurements over the phone but was told everyone had to come in-store for pickup. I can only assume this may have been after the shipping deadline, but clearer communication would have helped us prepare.
In the end, the suits themselves were great and the wedding went smoothly, but tightening up communication between stores and ensuring consistent policies would make the process much easier for future wedding parties.

Friar Tux has always been my go-to when I need something fitted or when I needed something to wear to an event. I'm a pretty poor planner so I tend to do things last minute but they always clutch up for me when I need something last minute!

The friar tux staff was super friendly and helpful! I ordered a forest green blazer from them and it came in earlier than expected and they were able to alter it so it fit just how I wanted it to. I will definitely be coming back for any of my future suit needs and would 100% Reccomend them for my freinds and family!

Friar Tux in Arcadia was awesome. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process easy. They had a bunch of options to pick from, and the tux I got fit perfectly and looked great. Everything was ready on time, no stress at all. Definitely recommend this spot if you need a tux or suit.
