The sales associates in this store are great. My son needed tuxedo pants for his high school band and this store made it so easy for us. They knew exactly what he needed and hemmed them to the proper length quickly. They made it so easy. I definitely recommend this place.

I have been using FT for the Oscars every year and until this year your service has been great.
This year when I came in for my initial fitting I was told that if I hadn’t gained or lost 5 lbs in the last year I didn’t need a fitting. That was a first because usually I am measured and fitted. When I came to pic up the tux the only thing that fit was the pants. I ended up trying on another 3 shirts and 3 or 4 jackets. The sleeves on the final jacket were too long but they had run out of options.
That said I would still recommend your location.

Good quality product. Staff very nice and helpful. It’s been years since my family has had the need to rent formalwear and it was so helpful that garments are available for pick up so many days in advance versus the day before the event. 😊The only issue I had was the store was extremely warm the 3 times I went in.

Everything was fantastic and afforable.
The selection was great and affordable, the fitting was quick and easy, and the pickup was the same. Customer service was great.
Only issue was on the website side when creating/managing an event. Having to edit and assign was a bit problematic. Aside from that, smooth process!

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional. When I came in at last minute to pick up my rental at closing time, staff took time to allow me to try rental on & then assist w/ some changes that needed to be made w/out me feeling rushed.
