This was our third new built house. Houses are not built like they used to be as they are more assembly line now. Today hiring an inspector is essential. Rob fit the bill as he had experience in construction and he was very patient explaining the process. I am picky and I do not apologize for that. Well maybe sometimes, I do. He answered all our concerns, even after I found a couple of items that I thought should have been in the report, and that I did not see. He pointed out that one item was in another area of the report. I also had noticed that the siding was not snug to the windows on the house, and Rob explained that the siding needs room for expansion due to weather conditions. All was done that we asked with professionalism and courtesy. Thank you.
Chris, the inspector showed up at the property way ahead of scheduled time, getting everything ready and set up. He took his time explaining everything to my client, FTHB, with a high level of confidence and expertise. Highly recommend Chris’s services.

Much appreciate the pictures with the report.
The inspector missed several obvious defects I now have to pay to fix. In addition, the report was vague and not explanatory.
I found it more than a little disappointing that a proper roof inspection could not be properly performed because the inspectors did not have the proper equipment to perform that portion of the inspection. This had the potential of having very nervous first time buyers questioning and doubting on whether they had been properly represented by their agent as the moved along the entire purchasing process.
