We had a unique scenario in the Greener Homes Grant whereas our initial service provider neglected to complete our file to the government. While not an easy process, we were able to start over in the application and chose AmeriSpec, for a number of positive reasons in our research of new service companies to work with.
The management and staff were very prompt in their response and actions to bring our file to current. Their respect and understanding of our circumstances made our process, not only made the circumstances comfortable for us, but was done in a very professional manner. The open and constant communications in servicing steps was very appreciated.
While we are at awaiting final reports and communication of government, we anticipate the same highly regarded service of AmeriSpec and personnel of same.

We had a great experience with our home inspector, Bill. He was super patient and took the time to walk us through everything. He was very thorough and professional, but also easy to talk to. We had a ton of questions, and he answered all of them without rushing us or making us feel silly. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about helping people understand what they’re getting into. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a solid home inspection!
