Rob and his team is thorough with their inspection, I would highly recommend him before making the largest purchase of your life. Have known him for over 17 years with deep knowledge of residential & commercial and comes highly recommended by fellow realtors as well. I had the pleasure of working with him on a commercial deal very recently. My clients really liked his patients and knowledge explaining things that was new to them to make an informed decision.
Great detail
The inspection was extremely thorough, and was able to find things that made necessary to back out of the deal. Without that information, if I purchased the property, I would’ve been in a tough spot. In addition, the gentleman who did the inspection was extremely pleasant to deal with.

James was so easy to work with! He was thorough, on time and his report was extremely detailed! This made a huge difference on how we decided to proceed with the house. In addition to his report he spent time with me one on one to give me a summary of the major things he found right away. I got the full report later the same day. Doug was amazing he was super knowledgeable and professional and even made himself available to us for questions after the fact. He had such a thorough knowledge of everything related to housing and we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase their next home!
Clare was really nice and went through everything we needed to know at the final part of the inspection. As a first time home buyer we felt confident and appreciated the inspection and report. With the detailed information from Amerispec we were able to investigate a few issues that looked small but ended up being a bigger fix than we anticipated. We are now able to resolve and move forward! Would work with them again for sure.

Friendly knowledgeable professional
I had a misunderstanding on the qualifications for the rebate. I had taken the info and assumed it one way instead of the other. When I replied to my bill email mentioning my confusion and wondering about being pointed in the right direction. I was messaged very unprofessionally and belittled by the employee.
Thank you for scheduling both the pre-inspection and post retro fit inspection in such a timely manner. Mike was very efficient, he explained everything as he completed the required tasks.
