Took a year to acknowledge my request for an inspection via Canada Greener Homes, and only after I emailed to ask when I would expect a follow up. Took several months AFTER acknowledging my request to finally book an appointment, and only after following up and suggesting that I may have to use another provider instead. Took several months AFTER my appointment to finally receive my inspection report, and only after several emails and follow ups. Would never recommend; the hassle has been insane.
