Actually view the roof from the top,not just on the ground. The last home I bought cost me four thousand dollars because the roof was not inspected properly and there were three holes in it left by builders.

Don was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what he found all the way through the inspection. I felt confident that the home I was buying was safe for me and my family, and that the price I was paying was a good value. It gave me great peace of mind.

Main disappointment was not calling us to tell us we were not approved for Home Heating program. Called Efficiency NS after not hearing anything to learn Amerispec was supposed to have callled us 7 months prior. Also don’t feel we had good counsel from the energy assessor and communications in general were poor.
