I like the color of the suits. I like how fast you guys are when it comes to shipping. For example when I needed to size up you guys sent it out right away. I was able to fix my shipment date of the suit as well right away. For some reason at first it was going to be delivered a few days before the wedding, but then when I called the 1(800) number they realized it too and fixed it to get delivered earlier.

It’s personalized service. The store had the actual tux garments in my size to try on while a competitor handed me a catalog to see what I should choose and would measure me.
Friar Tux’s store associates measured me and then had the correct size to try which made me much more confident that the tux rented would actually fit.
The tux arrived a week before I needed it and had a final fitting/adjustments to make sure it was right.
I ordered it in Bakersfield and used it in a wedding in Orange County and was able to return it in their store in Anaheim…a major convenience for me!!
