I was impressed by the ability to send a tux directly to me for an out of town wedding. I was further impressed by the speed of providing new garments when the fit did not work on the first try. I ended up doing the return at the store near the venue, but liked the idea of being able to send the tux back in a pre-prepared shipping package. The tux was comfortable, clean, and neat. It didn’t look like it had been used over and over. I looked good in the pictures and couldn’t be happier.

Your staff was great, but the janitor needs to do a better job cleaning the dressing rooms. I was there on consecutive days, and the same dirt and dust bunnies was present. I had to stand on my shoes to avoid getting that all over my clothes.

Super easy to customize the look, saved a few options, rented only what I needed. The shipping was fast and customer service great. My suit fit well on the first try, so no need to swap anything. And returning after the event was super easy.
Friar Tux has always been my go-to when I need something fitted or when I needed something to wear to an event. I'm a pretty poor planner so I tend to do things last minute but they always clutch up for me when I need something last minute!
