Prices were too high

I like everything, but especially the owner.
We had a single piece of siding that needed to be repaired. I explained it was a small job and was assured that you did small jobs. When the gentleman came out to give a quote, he quoted $650 to do something that would take less than 30 minutes. He said that you have a minimum of $650 charge. This was a waste of my time and frankly your employees to drive out and give a quote that was absurd. I would highly recommend if you have a customer call for a small job that you educate them on your minimums.
I was able to order the same provia door with storm door and hardware you quoted me saving Over $4000. Your markup on doors is astronomical. In addition getting feedback from others in my neighborhood who are currently having issues with your installation and service and you haven’t stood behind your warranty,

Haven't used Beltway Builders, Inc's products/services as of to date....All of my appts. that I had scheduled were all canceled due to urgent family matters.

Available financing! Aaron was able to give us a price at the appointment. He helped with the finance company. He even made a second trip to show us again what his company was going to do, marked it on the grass. This made it clearer.
I asked for a specific time, was told that time was confirmed, and then received an email to confirm the appointment with a different appointment time (an hour earlier than I requested) and that I should allow 1.5 hours to accommodate. Additionally I wax suggested to review the website to see what was expected of me. I do believe I would be paying you for work not the other way around.

The manager that was sent to my house the 1st time he was very late his energy was a little off not too inviting.. I didn't like that. And I do know that you guys give a grace period But he was way outside of the time that was give to me.
I appreciate Tom, my estimator, helping me make my storm replacement decision. He wasn’t just trying to sell me a door, although that was an option he presented. Tom helped me understand my current door has years left before I need to replace it. He is a wonderful representative for Graboyes.
