Price
The job was way overpriced when comparing to my neighbors who have had thier master baths renovated. Adding plumbing and electrical as needed on the quote was ridiculous. The plumbing is already in place and so is the electrical. It's an existing bathroom! My suggestion would be to break down the pricing so us buyers can see exactly what we are paying for. I do thank you for coming out though. Have a great weekend, JA
Talked to the project manager that will see the entire project through instead of what most contractors do send the sales guy in and then send out the workers that don't know anything but what is on the paper. He explained everything completely and was very professional. Bob is one good guy to have with your company.
Both the products and services are excellent. The Salesman is versed with the products and can answer the tough questions. Installers are truly craftsman. You have a great team of people!
Steve Jensen came out to provide us an estimate for the work and was very professional and knowledgeable. Spoke with Lauren this morning to accept the estimate and begin to schedule the work. Lauren is asking Steve Jensen to get back in touch with us to finalize the contract. So far so good!
On time courteous service.
I had a very pleasant experience with Beltway. I am looking forward to continuing with this CO. for other home improvements!!! Name removed Johnson
yes I never recived a new estimate
Quick response with getting quote
The cost of the project
Professionalism, knowledge and price.
Knowledge, experience, and friendly manner. Honesty.
Yet to be determined.
straight forward
One of the first things that I did not like is that I need to get all of the supplies for the various jobs I am looking to have done. I am not driving because I am recuperating from foot surgery and I have to pay someone to take me to Home Depot and put my order in for what is needed.
I have NEVER had to get supplies before and I am not going to start now!!!
Second thing is I thought the price(s), minus the cost of supplies, was rather high!!! I wanted a catio built - you can google what it is to see what it is, and have a tunnel go down my basement steps to a cat door in my basement door.. It's a pretty basic cat enclosure. I also asked for MINOR home repairs: put up two curtain rods, put up a basic shelf in my bedroom, fix my towel rack in my bathroom, replace two smoke detectors, fix a kitchen drawer (wood glue and clamps is all that is needed), add a small piece of wood - 3 inches x 24 inches to cover a light over my sink, clean front/back gutters, place a piece of wood, no longer than 3 feet under the house to cover a hole, add window film to front window; fix back door - I was told I needed a whole new door, when the other people who gave me an estimate stated I just needed a new closure because it was only bent; possibly change front door and back door locks - not a definite thing, fix a small piece of siding, and get a new screen for a window. I also asked for lattice to go around an outdoor table. (All that needs to be done is have lattice and use plastic ties to hold the lattice in place - I forget what they are called, but they have little latchets on them - if i am saying that correctly - seriously, a less than five minute job!!! - as with the curtain rods and bathroom towel rack.)
The price I was given for everything to be done MINUS the cost of supplies was $4800. When I asked to take off the catio price, I was told my home repairs would cost $3750 MINUS the supplies!!!! I was told the repairs would take three days to do!
Ummmmmmm, I am sorry, this is not my first home and that is an outrageous price. I have previous estimates that included the supplies and everything was going to be completed in ONE day, not three days, and the prices were soooooooooo much more reasonable.
I do not understand why the inside minor repairs would take three days to do????? Seriously, and I am going to be charged $3750 for MINOR repairs MINUS the supplies! Are you kidding me???? Everyone I told about the pricing for everything combined and then just the MINOR repairs stated the price(s) were very high, especially minus the supplies. Yes, I repeated myself several times in that statement......because it's ridiculous!!
A new roof with the old roof removed only takes a day to take off and put on, and that is a LOT of work!!
What in the world is going to take three days to do for the minor repairs??? Three things that may require a little bit of extra time to do would be to install new smoke alarms, clean the gutters, and replace the back door - if that was really needed vs. a new closure. (I have cleaned my gutters, front and back before, and it did not take me that long!!!) The rest of the stuff on the list is small and quick. I have owned homes for 33 years - I do know some things.... I could do some of the smaller things on my list, but I am recuperating from foot surgery and I do not feel like doing them at this moment. Going up and down a ladder with a foot that is numb with pins and needles is not the safest thing for me to do right now!! I have had a lot of work done on/in my houses over the years and I am shocked, Shocked, SHOCKED that it would take three days to complete the work - for either $4800 or $3750, and again, NOT including supplies.
You asked, I answered!!
Dave Collins is always prompt in coming-out to my rescue. He is thorough and always knowledgeable in helping me to resolve all my remolding needs.
Representative was on time and very knowledgeable about all service your company provides. Came to look at my deck, but also provided assistance with my bathroom.
I'm still considering Beltway Builders, but I'm also still taking estimates at this time.
We are moving soon out of state. The door was the only project we plan to do before selling the house. Thank you for showing us your product. They are quite beautiful, but I needed more done than Mike was able to provide. My husband suffered a stroke six months ago, and I didn’t want to have to hire a painter.
He never got back to me with a price. waste of time.
The whole process was great. The sales person, Ryan, was fantastic and very professional. We ultimately decided to go with another contractor and product due to cost containment. We loved the Marvin Infinity windows, but decided it was a bit too expensive for what we're looking to do. Would highly consider Ryan and Woodland in the future.
Everything .the price was in my budget. Dave was great . He explan everything they would do . And it was nice having someone to talk to who had something in common with me . We grew up in the same neighborhood and we both just lost our spouses. I'm glad he was my sales person . Thank you .
Didn't like the gentleman that came out to look and give quote. Pricing seemed very high, quoted right off the bat $6600 just to redo a corner shower ONLY that is 34×34, less than 3 feet. Gentleman did not really seem to understand what we were looking for and said everything had to removed. Will not be proceeding with this company.
The estimater was very kind and honest.
Feedback on types of products offered.
Representative appears to be honest and straight forward.
Salesman was very helpful and friendly.
The price was outraged, we do not believe it cost $3,000 to rid one small sun room of mold and mildew, no matter what you use. We can get it done for less than $400, these people are just trying to charge and get a lot of money, just because they can. We would not recommend anyone to this company.
Yes, the financial component.

Waiting to hear other estimates
