Just to specifically state that Taz from the Guelph location was an incredibly warm, hospitable, friendly and kind host for my first visit to Sport Clips. Was greeted pleasantly, by her, and then offered the MVP treatment for the price of a regular haircut, as it was my first visit. I should also mention that I have long, long hair, and travel The World at every chance, so I am not a typical client, who expects to discuss this week's sporting news in North America, while getting a trim. Rather, I had to clean myself up for a vacation in Latin America this month, after returning from backpacking Europe for 32 days. So we had a great chat about travel, family, and the World in general. Great customer service provided throughout my visit. Would highly recommend her to anyone! Thanks again Taz! You Rock! I will return again the next time I need a cut. Sport Clips, give this girl a big raise!

Friendly, and accommodating staff! Short wait time for service, with multiple sports themed magazines (Hockey News), and Hi-Def TV to watch in the waiting area. Considerate stylists who possess excellent customer service in an environment that is thoughtful to the clientele, without being patronizing to the client, nor degrading to the staff. I really felt that the staff were content and proud to work here, without ever being exploited by a male clientele, or feeling that they were being exploited based on gender stereotypes. A very fair and even business, with respect to gender equality, while catering to primarily male customers. I never felt as a client that I was in a business that had unfair expectations towards its staff.

Everything is so great as it always is, was, and ever will be. Besides giving a tip, I am also more than happy to always bring treats to all the ladies who work there to not only show my appreciation, but also as a way of letting them know to continue to keep up the excellent work!

Great haircuts in an evironment that is comfortable for a guy and allow him to relax. The MVP service is amazing.

This was the first time my son was here. My son who is 6 could be the worst client ever (or was) he had a ton of allergies especially to scents, soaps and lotions, which made the experience awful at best. So I always worry about going to new salons or barbers and the potential reactions he could have. I was fortunate enough to have been given the name Lisa Grimshaw by one of my own amazing clients to try as she highly recommended her and assured me she would take my son's sensitivities very seriously. My son left with no reaction what so ever and got to do all the fun extra's like washing your hair (with no soap) he coined it the water wash and got the massage, he said it was the most amazing thing ever. He also mentioned that it was way better than when his grandma uses her massages on his back and said he will be going there forever. Way to start them off young and treating them the way you do!! It really does ensure clients for life!!

I really enjoy the MVP treatment.

I'm able to get the same staff member (Lisa) each time, who recalls exactly how I like my hair cut. She also knows what products to recommend for me.

The staff are always quick to acknowledge my arrival and if it's busy they are very good at giving you an estimate on how long the wait will be. With that said the manager of the location is very good at predicting the correct number of staff for the day.

My two boys and I have ALWAYS been very happy with the cuts and service and enjoy getting our hair cut at our SportClips!

The girl who cut my hair was very good. She did an excellent job cutting my hair.

The service was excellent...Lisa was knowledgeable and was able to recommend a style of cut that was terrific. For a sports fan, the atmosphere is terrific. My son went first and was very impressed. He gave me a free pass and now you have a new customer. The price is reasonable and it is nice to relax while getting a cut..Very well done.
