Booking process, speed and quality.
Over all experience was good however I booked an appointment with a specific hairstylist but upon arrival she was not available and had to go with another hairstylist. I wasn’t as pleased with the hair cut but it will do for now. Hopefully next time I get the hairstylist that I book.
