Over all experience was good however I booked an appointment with a specific hairstylist but upon arrival she was not available and had to go with another hairstylist. I wasn’t as pleased with the hair cut but it will do for now. Hopefully next time I get the hairstylist that I book.

The two stylist's (Sorry I didn't get their names) that worked the night of Tuesday November 17th at the Guelph location were awesome. Great conversations, went above and beyond with customer service. Listened to problems and concerns and were just great people trying to help others get through this tough pandemic with their own experiences and feedback. I will always come back to Sport Clips in Guelph because they have highlighted that people matter and we are in this together.

I liked that I could watch the football game and get my hair cut at the same time. The staff were very accommodating when I asked for a specific game.
I'm very pleased that Sarah is back at this location. She provides fantastic service and a very good quality hair cut. My self and 2 kids will be returning regularly for as long as she is there.
