Clean and maintained
I like the availability of a variety of machines and the swimming pool. The gym is never crowded which is a huge plus. I am not sure if this will change but I was hoping there would be more group classes around 5-6 PM. Most of the ones I am interested are currently at 6 AM.
There is a lot of class options so I don't get nored. The pool is great and there are a lot of different options for just working out in the gym room.
The staff is incredibly friendly. The equipment and facility is up to date and are maintained at a high standard.

It has everything. I would love to see some classes either barre or spin at 8:15 a.m.
9:00 is too late for me to get to work on time and 5:45 a.m. is to early.

I like that the equipment is well maintained. If a machine needs to be repaired it is repaired very quickly. If a machine need to be recovered, that is done quickly as well. You offer a variety of equipment to use. I like the very friendly staff you have in the morning (5am).
The variety of the sports and the unlimited access to all the facilities.
One thing it's a minus the cloakroom could be more often cleaned due to the hi usage.
