I feel comfortable working out here. I feel like the atmosphere is to improve your health. It's a comfortable place to try new machines and exercises. However, it is quite expensive compared to other "clubs". I hope that I'm able to continue to afford the monthly fee.

I enjoy the classes. However, I am disappointed that the cx works Thursday's classes were closed.
The fitness center is super clean and I never feel out of place. It has a ton of options for everyone's goal.

The all inclusive spa,workout fitness, classes, child care, pool, tennis courts and more which you Pay one price for all unlike some other gyms where everything is separate and much more expensive. I like the cleanliness of the gym and the smoothie bar area as well as the web app access. Love being informed of classes and special discounts. The DAC is not a gym it's an experience!

I like everything and everybody that is associated with fitness plus. You guy's are great.
Cycling with Gigi, Jewel, Sandy & Dina; and body sculpt classes with Julie, Sandy & Renee. I like that teens can be added to family memberships and participate in classes.
The instructors are professional and classes are awesome! Love all the upgrades that were made! The front desk staff is always so welcoming and helpful!

Good deal, free parking, good facilities, large area. Only ways to improve would be cheaper and more facilities, but to be honest its not neccesary. great gym
