He made sure that I was satisfied with how the carpets looked and even gave me some recommendations for future carpet care. The dry time was pretty quick! They great machines items to clean the carpets. But I feel that what did not make me to happy with their work was they were to fast doing the carpets did not take thier time at all. I felt the carpets cleaning was half done and it was just fast once. High traffic areas was done twice. Maybe taking a little longer or more time may be okay.
