The carpet cleaning tech was excellent and my carpet looks terrific. This is my first time having zerorez, and my carpet looks appreciably better than another well known, local company I have had twice in the past. Here are my only complaints, my carpeted stairs were left sopping wet and took a full 48 hours to dry with fans blasting on every level. Secondly, contrary to the advertising on WBT, my carpet WAS crunchy when it was dry. My friend, (who recommended zerorez to me), suggested this “crunchiness” may be the result of previous cleaning companies which didn’t get all of the soap out and it’s going to take a couple of zerorez visits to get it all out. ‘Dunno,…but that’s why I didn’t rate the service a “10.”

My carpet looked and felt good. There wasn't a harsh chemical smell.

I like the fact that it isn't using dirty water. I had a sofa and chair cleaned this time and was very pleased with the technician and service performed. I have recommended Zerorez to others and will use them when necessary. I have less carpet in our new home but know I will need bedroom carpet cleaned one day soon.

Cameron Ashley was outstanding. The guy, Hyatt, that showed up a few days earlier was AWFUL. Had it not been for Cameron, I would have never used Zerorez again. I had had nothing but good experiences in the past until they sent out Hyatt.

Efficient and very helpful

I cannot say enough good things about Zerorez. Even after we had our carpeting cleaned, the high traffic area in one of our bedroom stains were popping back through. Zerorez sent another tech out immediately to address this issue and so thankful for Art and Cam for their excellent help.
