We have had wonderful results with your cleaning process on our carpets. Charles did our carpet last week and it looks WONDERFUL!! I logged in and saw that there were no openings on Saturday and decided to ask if by chance someone had canceled and to my surprise, they had an opening. Charles came out within a few hours and did a great job! He was polite, informative, cheerful and took time to explain what he was going to do to get the best results for my carpet. This was the third time we have had Zerorez clean our carpet and as usual, they did a terrific job. We only ask that they do high-traffic areas and it always helps the appearance. Our technician was Eric and he was super helpful, mannerly and personality plus. ☺️ We originally heard the advertisement years ago on Hippie radio and thought we would give them a try - I’m so glad we did. Service was thorough, speedy and efficient- give them a try!!

They work! My carpets look brand new. The employee was polite, respectful, explained everything that he would do, didn't take a lot of time, and arrived promptly.

Gary did a wonderful job of cleaning my closet carpet and my bathroom tile. I am pleased with the results. I appreciate the extra care he took carrying in his equipment and the timely fashion he completed the job.

the cleaning products & deodorizer worked great for my carpet. my carpet looked awful but after ZERO REZ it looks much better.

We bought a house that was perfect except for an unsightly stain on the family room carpet. We called Zerorez but didn’t expect the stain to be removable. We were shocked when it completely disappeared. We have cream colored carpet and 2 dogs. We had another unsightly stain due to our dog’s love of butter. He couldn’t keep it down and we had a big stain AGAIN. ZEROREZ GOT IT OUT! Our technician,Eric said he liked the challenge of removing that stain. I was shocked when that tough stain disappeared. Nice work, Eric!
