HOWEVER - we paid extra for a pet stain to be removed and I wonder if he did it? We have a black light and the stain looks the same ... can you confirm with the tech please

The result is always good and there isn't a long wait to schedule an appointment. I had to change my latest appointment with just a few days notice and was able to get rescheduled for that same week.
