I called after hearing an ad on 104.5 The Zone in which Dawn Davenport said she had a deal for anyone who called to set up cleaning. The person who answered the phone said there was no such deal, which was disappointing.
I made an appt anyway and it was very quick which was good. Overall pleased.

Charles arrived early and explained the cleaning process. Before starting, he read the manufacturer's tag and did a spot test. Upon completion of the job, he made sure we were happy. Charles was very courteous and professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows
