The technician was great, and fast. He was also able to remove stains that had been there for some time. The carpet is soft and clean, and doesn't have that crunch or stickiness that I've had from other cleaners.

The tech was on time, courteous, professional and went right to work. Pleased with the results; however, there are two large yellowish spots that were not in the carpet before the cleaning. Would you send back a tech to spot clean these 2 basketball size areas as they are very pronounced. Call me at Phone number removed to schedule a re-clean. Thank you. Jim Last name removed
