Our experience with Zerorez was excellent. They were courteous, prompt, and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets, tile floor, and upholstery. The carpet has remained clean - no reappearing spots and it has been a month since the cleaning was done. There was no cleaning odor of chemicals or scents. Our tech, Nathan, was very polite and made sure we were entirely happy with his work before he left. We are very pleased with Zerorez and will most certainly recommend them to family and friends.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The carpet cleaning was done quickly but thoroughly. Our carpets look great and it took a short amount to dry.
