I had my carpets cleaned 2 days ago by Zerorez. Jason was nice to work with. He offered additional services for pet stains. I expected an "upsell" and he was nice and did not press the issue. Happy with the basic service. Rug smells clean and looks great.

Our technician Chris, did a fabulous job cleaning our carpeting. He asked if we had any trouble spots and explained the cleaning process . Chris was very professional.

When I called for an appointment, I was treated with courtesy, and my questions were answered. I was given a two-hour window for arrival of technicians. They were running behind and gave me a courtesy call to let me know about when they would arrive. The service was quick and thorough--a very pleasant experience! Thank you!
