I saw a commercial for this company and decided to give them a try. I purchased the 3 rooms and a free hallway special. After our service tech Anthony explained the process we decided to add the stairs. Anthony T was our tech guy that came out and he was very prompt from the time he called and stated his ETA until actually arriving. Upon arriving we were able to explain our concern areas on our carpet and he was well knowledgable on the type of stains and how to treat them. We had a huge marker stain and glue stains from our kids that had been an annoyance from our many failed attempts to remove them on our own. Anthony was able to remove the stains and even informed us of the commercial products they sell and how they would be able to help with future areas of concern. His knowledge and expertise exceeded well beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this company and Anthony as a service technician.

Service tech's are great and always courteous. They want the job to be done well. This time I have had an area that has come back and I am not sure it was pre-spotted, Otherwise service has always been good.

Aaron Kacel did an excellent job of explaining how ZEROREZ will do their best to get the carpet as clean as possible by working on the worst area more than once.

Pricing estimate was as close as possible and i will have Aaron and or his ZEROREZ TEAM back to our place of business to clean again in less than a year.

Thorough cleaning, easy scheduling, and polite technicians

The technician was very courteous and did a thorough job and even called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. What would've helped my morning was knowing that there was a morning meeting and there was no way anybody would have been at my house until after 9 o'clock because I was told somebody would arrive between eight and 10, I stayed up late the night before trying to get things picked up and moved and then got up early the next morning to finish up by 7:30 AM, so it would have been helpful to know that there was a morning meeting scheduled.
