I was very impressed with the initial phone call to your office. The appointment was made. I received a call the day before the appointment by a very courteous lady to make sure we were still on. I received a call the morning of the appointment from Joe stating he was on his way. He arrived well within the window of the appointment.

He was very courteous and answered questions that I had. He completed the work and offered other services from the company, which I didn't need at the time.

We left town that afternoon and returned a couple of days later and the carpets looked great. Even better after vacuuming them.

We are very happy with the results.

We love how fast the carpet dries. The service techs who have spent the last 2 days with us have been awesome! Chris is training Alexander however I think they are learning a lot from one another. We've witnessed great personalities and professionalism from both of these young men.
