The technician was exceptional. I was beyond pleased with the look of my carpet.

To begin with, it was so wonderful to get a call about fifteen or twenty minutes prior to arrival from the service techs, who could not have been friendlier. They were fabulous! Charles came to the door smiling. He introduced himself and his trainee, Ethan. He reviewed what they were there to do and asked if there was anything that needed correction...which there wasn't. We walked through the house room by room together, as we had told him, and the person with whom we made the appointment on the phone last week, that there were some possible pet areas that needed to be treated. We were so impressed with the thoroughness of his pretreatment inspection of the house. As for the cleaning itself....amazing doesn't even do their work justice. Despite the often over use of the description "looks like new", there is no better way to describe what this home looked like when the work was done. The tiled areas and carpeted rooms looked like they must have the day the first owners walked through the door. Before leaving, we were shown Zerorez's Spot Remover to treat any future spills and mishaps. It is a miracle product, for sure. In every way, our experience with Zerorez and its service techs was quite simply outstanding!
