Where do I start...very professional, no pricing surprises, was contacted by tech exactly when I was promised, arrived on time and left with my carpets looking almost like new. LOVE that they dried very quick (under 6 hours), they felt plush and soft under my feet again and the smell was clean and fresh, not like chemicals. Getting ready to call them back to do the upstairs next. Will never call another carpet cleaning company except Zerorez!

Fewer chemicals

Kevin did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. We had some plumbing work that needed to be done and the plumbers tracked in a bunch of dirt and debris. Zerorez and Kevin helped make our carpets look new again!

Chris and John weren’t even on the schedule to serve me that day. When I heard that the scheduled agent wasn’t well but still willing to service I told him to go home and get rest and recover and not to worry. I thought that was the end of it and then I received the call from Chris directly informing me that he would be on his way with an ETA of 40 minutes I said yes and the work was done incredibly well. I was amazed at how good my carpeting looked after Joe used his “magic wand” on it. The carpeting is old and had quite a lot of staining. I wasn’t really expecting a lot as other companies had cleaned and left most of the stains still visible. Zerorez gave my carpeting a new lease on life!

Excellent job. I have been using the usual carpet cleaning companies for years and the stains were either “not removable” or came back within a week. This time the stains are gone and haven’t returned in 3 weeks. Chris, one of the managers, did the work himself. He put on corner guards and covers on his boots. He was very professional. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.
