It was very easy to make the appointment with all their options. Someone got back to us right away with very useful information that helped us know and make the best decision for our needs. The technician was very friendly , professional and respectful, he communicated with us before arriving to our location and when he arrived explained the process and cleaned our carpet very fast. The rooms look and smell clean, we very happy and would use Zerorez again.
