This was our first time using zerorez. And what an amazing experience!! You literally could see science happening right in front of your eyes. Most areas look good now. Pathway in bedroom is not as light as I would have liked. Most of the carpet was dry in 6 1/2 hours except for some spots in bedroom that were not a high traffic area. The pathway that I expected to get lighter was dry in the 6 1/2 hrs. There is no spell to the products, which is good.
Kevin, the Tech, was very friendly and good about dealing with a picky person. He explained things well to me.
All in all I thought it was kind of expensive. Over time I will determine if the product is worth the money.
