Our carpets were more than extremely dirty with years of tracking in dirt, dog hair, sporting equipment and etc....I thought there was no hope. Joe came in and within a couple of hours had our nasty looking carpets clean and looking almost new. It has been over a week and they still look good even after having a house full of family for Thanksgiving. Some of the old spots are starting to show again but I have a feeling that they are here to stay. I am still very happy with the way the floors look and I can now walk on the floor without my feet turning black. I will be calling them again.

I am so pleased with the results of the carpet and furniture cleaning done by Zerorez yesterday! Anthony was fabulous!!! Each of our bedrooms had different cleaning needs and he explained what he was going to do to clean in each room. The same was true when he cleaned the furniture. I like how easy it is to schedule online plus the follow up by Zerorez to ensure all was in order. Add to this the courteous technicians that excel at communication and do a superb job cleaning our carpets. The end result, clean carpeting, is of course the goal and Zerorez delivers on that, too.

Carpets that were cleaned were very clean afterwards--- EXCEPT for one spot that did not come clean for some reason. Could not see the spot til the carpet dried and then it was very obvious.

Charles was very courteous and efficient. He did a great job. Not sure why that one spot didn't come clean - it was the same stain as the other spots on rest of the carpets and they came clean. ......However, the carpet that didn't come clean was a different type of carpet. That might have been the problem.

After my cat had seemed to have destroyed my carpeting, I didn't feel as if there was any chance that the carpet could be even remotely revived. However, Zerorez proved that the impossible can be made possible! The technician was fabulous! He took ample time to discuss with me the different options, make suggestions, and then made sure I felt comfortable with the final price. Then he went to work and created absolute magic! I can't believe how wonderful my 20-year-old light beige carpeting looks now! I highly recommend Zerorez!
