I like the friendliness, reliability and good service that was provided that day. We added on pressure washing to porch areas and they did it immediately. They were very efficient and knew exactly what to do.

Alexander was nothing but professional and did a great job. He took the time to remove the wax from our hardwood floors that has been applied by a previous owner. Although it could not all be removed with the machine, I was able to buy the product and he showed me how I could removed what was left behind.

We are a repeat customer. Charles called us before the appointment time. He was on time. He inspected the areas and notified us the landing would be extra - he told us that BEFORE he started instead of extra billing at close. Very good.

My only less than enthusiastic observation is the request for repeated confirmations. I imagine you might have cancellations, so I understand the need. I just was annoyed to do it, I think three different times. We are scheduled people who keep our word after one time. Perhaps it is necessary to establish certainty and you have no idea with whom you are dealing.
