We made our online appointment for carpet cleaning. It was fast and simple to do. And as promised Jaylan our service technician called 30 min.s before arrival, and within our 2 hour time frame. After looking over the carpet and asking a few questions on what we needed done, he got started cleaning. Jaylan was friendly and polite. He did a great job and we are happy with the cleaned carpet.

First off the job was done perfectly. I am just amazed how well my carpet was cleaned. Had another company clean my carpets about 2 years ago and they said my carpet was badly stained from age. Your tech priced that wrong !
The tech was a pleasure to have in my home as he was very professional both in appearance and explaining what he was doing .

I was able to get a convenient appointment time. The service tech did a thorough cleaning and was courteous. After the cleaning was finished there is no odor from the products used.

Robert and Andrew called 30 minutes before arriving at my house. They were very professional and looked at the rooms that were being cleaned. I had already decided I would get the protectant product for the rooms and they explained how it worked and gave me information to read. I was very pleased with how my carpet turned out and will definitely use them again.
