Personally i do like everything. From the begin to the end... Start with a sign form to make a line of attendance after someone come to us by our name. ( and do not say next pleases like we just be statistic data) ask for the cut how do we like. If we prefer by machine or every handled... After the cut if we want. Wax and something else... Then we gonna pay and all is perfect... Thats why i allways leave tips. Because the cutter deserve it...
