The staff at this location were the most professional, friendly and customer oriented people I've met in a while. Their service is quick, they understand what you're looking for and are efficient at their tasks.

I've used this location several times over the last two years and I've never been disappointed. Since I've not done a review here before, I'm going to use this opportunity to thank all of the staff that have worked on me personally and my kids ( 6 and below )

Salima ( the manager ) for her tireless professionalism and keen eye for improving things around the place
Ramen - very skillful in her trade as has a great ear for what they customer wants
Shamsha - another very skilled grommer, who has excellent suggestions and knows how to bring the best out of my curly hair :)

Had a great experience, I said what I wanted and the hairdresser knew what I meant right away and gave some suggestions which I agreed with. She mentioned the various promotions SportClips offers such as free sideburn and neck trim and birth month free services. I joked that it was a shame I didn't know about that, since my birth month was January. She said that was no problem and gave me the free deal anyway because I missed it! Had been on the fence about switching to SportClips from First Choice, but now I will definitely come back. Great customer service and a great haircut. Thanks.
