•The wait is killer sometimes. But it's the miscommunication between the person that signed in on the sheet and how they imputed the information into the computer,they get confused easily.
Comfortable, clean, unique atmosphere, skilled staff, efficiently run, extras like hot towel, shampoo and shoulder massage are provided at good value. Business is generally very well run, with attention to customer satisfaction.

Your staff is amazing and works so well with kids. When I was in there last time with my son the lady that was working on his hair was in loan to that location from your other location we walked in about 10 mins until close and instead of rushing and rushing she took her time and did it properly and engaged in conversation with not only myself but my son and took the time to give him the VIP treatment which he loves. He won't go anyone where else since he was given a free buddy card from a friend a while ago. We always tell our friends to go there.

I like the fact that the staff is very friendly and were quick to help me out. Service was amazing. The woman who cut my hair Ali was very nice and I like the fact she knew exactly what I was looking for.
