The wait times and having to wait until they find you in the system. Also better way for people to choose they hair stylist they are used to. Very hard getting a different hair cut every time. But asking for the same as before.

I took my son last week for a hair cut before his graduation. The gentleman before us collapsed on the floor and I called 911 while the hairdresser made certain he was breathing. I sent my son out to flag down the ambulance while I stayed on the line with 911 as I was concerned what he might see. I felt very sorry for the girl working there (I don't remember her name) as she was alone and after the significant delay there was quite a store full of clients. My son was quite shaken by the experience but had a great haircut and we made it to his graduation just in time, missed our date lunch but happy we were able to help her.
