It was my first visit to Sports Clips and I was offered the MVP package. When I left the salon it was as if I had undergone a mini spa treatment. The service was exceptional. My stylist was friendly and considerate, provided a great haircut with clean-shaven lines and my hair was cut to the proper length as discussed in advance. She was attentive to detail and the hot towel service and massage was a nice added bonus included with the MVP package. It was though I had just undergone a min spa treatment.
Ali was great to deal with, her knowledge of products was fantastic and she was able to recommend some great stuff. I will definitely be back again!
Ali had a lot of patience with my 3 years old boy. He is autistic therefore having a haircut is a very stressful experience for him.

Overall I like your salons but pricing changes at every visit and your employees talk to clients but don't listen to answers for example while signing in I told the lady my 65 birthday was day before and said I now qualify for seniors prize-winning leaving she charged me regular price .
