I was very skeptical of the quality of the haircut because of a few negative online reviews on yelp but Teresa R did an amazing job. She told me to relax and she'll take care of me. She is a very good at what she does. She gave me a awesome fade. The hot towel/massage chair was extremely comforting.
She is a very nice lady. I offered her a $20 tip for her good service and she told me she'll give me change but I told her its all hers because she earned it. I will definitely be back and let my buddies know about the place.

Recently I saw Patricia and she was fantastic, best hair dresser I have had at Queensway Sportclips. She was professional, personable and provided the best cut to date. I would seek her out next time I visit if that is an option.

It was friendly and casual to walk in. My wait was a while, but I walked in on a Saturday. So that is expected.

The service I receive is always quick and efficient. Staff are super friendly and very knowledgable. They suggest great product and services but aren't pushy.

The fact that you offer no charge neck clean up. I cut my own hair using a trimmer and have a hard time keeping the back of my neck clean looking.

Kerry-AnnT is absolutely amazing. I've been a regular customer at this location and Kerry Ann is incredible. Always welcoming with a warm smile and amazing customer service. Although the employees at this location are very good, she really stands out from her co-workers. Very thoughtful, considerate and meticulous. I had the VIP cut and was so relaxed that I didn't want to leave. I wanted to write this feedback because I feel she deserves recognition for her efforts. I would be happy to discuss further.

I always call ahead to see if my special lady Patricia is in as she is so friendly and down to earth..She cuts my hair exactly how I want it...I really enjoy going to see her as she puts a smile on my face along with a great cut..I know you don't take reservations but the way I do it is the next best thing...She is so professional and so friendly, it makes my trip so worthwhile.....
