I was greeted promptly by Kim, when I arrived at the Queensway Store, in Etobicoke. My visit was on April 02nd. This Store is bright, very clean, well-stocked with 'product' for sale, at the front counter AND a great customer 'check in' system. Kim, my Stylist, is friendly, smiling, knowledgeable and a professional (who represents The Sport Clips Brand very well!)
I got a great hair cut, shampoo and the extras (Senior Ultimate). I am very well PLEASED with my hair. Thanks, Kim!

I took my toddler son for a haircut and Shanie from the queensway location was great with him. She was very patient and made the experience very enjoyable. It’s not easy to cut hair for young kids but she did a great job!
