I like the online booking. I like that you can choose the person cutting your hair or based on who is working it can be first available.
The wait times provided online are fairly accurate.
It would be great to have some promos or specials for repeat customers more often as the pricing is a bit expensive. Having a promo for a new customer doesn’t help a repeat customer. I get that part about getting new business but it would still be helpful…especially when there are 3 people in the family getting cuts every 3 weeks or so it can add up!
