I've already sent you my very positive feedback and will certainly recommend your great and friendly service to others, however I am finding to my surprise, that a lot of guys are quite reluctant to leave their present barber and try a new service even just one time.

Monique was great to talk with in determining how to have hair cut. Really enjoyed the hair wash, hot towel and massage. Oh yes the massage!!! Reminds me of how my barbers used to do things many, many yers ago. Monique was really a pleasure to deal with and Jordan was really helpful too.

It was nice to have a complimentary MVP treatment for our first visit. My kids really enjoyed it. We all got very good haircuts and were treated well.

The touch-up service between haircuts is a very caring bonus, and also the incentives for a free haircut. Who doesn't like a free deal especially on your birthday-great idea !!!

If my 9 year old is happy -- I am happy. He was at ease with the environment, your stylists were super friendly and he got a great hair cut. He even liked it so much he bought the product to spike up his hair! I think you've got a regular!
