I like the concept, but I would change a couple of things...
The waiting area has the stadium seating; I know it's a theme thing and easier to maintain, but I think it would be better with large leather couches/leather club chairs.
The other thing being the message chairs for the hair washing stations; they should be more of a reclicer full lower and upper back chair and not the vibrate the heck out of my butt chair... I understand that the head rest might be an issue if it can't be altered, but you might be able to eliminate the shoulder message at the cutting stations.
Staff seemed very nice, price was right, skill level was good; I had Veronica (at least I think that was her name; purple hair...hard to concentrate at the time, gave her a good tip, she deserved it). I will be back in the furture, and lastly I can't remember but I think all the TVs were on the same station...I could be wrong, like I said, it was hard to concentrate ! :-)

The effort put forth by the stylist to connect and make conversation was appreciated and they were very friendly. The products used were phenomenal, I bought a conditioner and prefer it over the one I was previously using.
