Sam was very professional and eased my tension about getting a hair cut with my longer hair. Years ago, the last time I had long hair, I had a bad hair cut that ultimately resulted in me cutting it short and keeping it so for several years. She made great recommendations throughout the process, and clarified that she understood what I wanted. She recommended a leave-in product that works great to keep my longer hair soft and tangle-free. She also helped me find a great styling product. I had been putting off getting this hair cut for over a year after reflecting on my incident from years prior. Sam did a great job, and I will definitely be back in the future. Great experience. Thank you!
